Locally-curated annual guide for fireworks shows in and around Chester County, PA: featuring the best fireworks from Coatesville, Phoenixville, Downingtown, Exton, East Goshen, Parkesburg, Ludwig’s Corner, Nottingham, Tredyffrin, Malvern, Uwchlan, and Longwood Gardens.

Note the Longwood Gardens fountains continue  renovation in 2016 and there will be no Fireworks and Fountains concerts. Instead, they are offering “Nightscape” light shows throughout the summer. Details.

  • Saint Joseph’s Downingtown Community Festival – Festival runs June 21-25 2016 6-10PM. Fireworks Friday evening. Rain date Saturday. Cost: FREE, Details.

  • Chester County Balloon Festival – Fireworks 9PM. Rain Date Sunday June 26. Festival runs June 24 to 26 2016 at New Garden Flying Field. Cost: Admission Fee, Details.
  • Elverson Day at the Park – pony rides and a petting zoo for the children, and will wrap up with the traditional highlights: a concert by the Chester County Band and an exceptional fireworks display at Livingood park Cost: FREE, Details

  • Freedom Fest – Nottingham County Park – (Herr’s fireworks) An Independence weekend concert, children’s entertainment, activity & food vendors, and fireworks display, 6-11 PM. Cost: $10 Parking, Details.
